All delivery charges are free. All hats will be shipped within 14 days of your order date, unless otherwise stated via email/telephone.

Burrows For Hats consider your satisfaction with our products and service to be paramount. If you are dissatisfied with any purchase you have made or the service you have received, please e-mail customer.services@burrowsforhats.co.uk

Please inform as much detail as possible regarding your complaint of the products or service. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed of the progress of your complaint on a daily basis. Each complaint will be treated as confidential and will be attended to by a Director of the Company.
